    Maybe. This depends on what the ground work consists of and if it's done before the ground freezes.


    Unfortunately, here in New England, frozen ground can limit the type of ground work that can be done in winter.

  • Can you finance an excavation project?

    This can depend on many variables like if the site work is part of a larger construction project. If you have questions about financing or need advice, please contact us.

  • How long does it take to build a modular home?

    From the time you order your modular home, it usually takes 6-8 weeks to get the modular home from the factory and another 5-7 weeks to complete the onsite work.

  • Who obtains a building permit for an excavation project?

    If necessary, Kozyra Construction will obtain the necessary permits.
