About

How Our Family Values Your Construction Project

It’s Our Close-knit Way of Doing Business With You

Kozyra Construction is a family-owned and operated business you can trust to be your modular home consultant and builder. In business since 1972, we are the longest established modular home builder in the state of Massachusetts.

We use our family name as our business name rather than a fictitious business name.  We have a business address, not a post office box and have been at the same address since we started our business. As a full-service construction company, we can handle your modular home project from concept to completion — land clearing, excavation, foundation, concrete floor, carpentry, electric, plumbing, heating, exterior stairs and final grading.  We also construct decks, breezeways and garages, septic systems, waterlines and sewer lines.

Our primary service area includes Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, Berkshire and Worcester counties in Massachusetts and Northern Hartford, Tolland, and Windham  counties in Connecticut. (see map)
